i have this problem too

I use windows 7 64 bit When i open the Kp3 Editor and push Receive All , i see 'kp3 not found' But i don't have this problem on my macbook pro 10.7.5 I do all edit on Midi Filter but it not fixed In Ableton Live ' Preferences ' Midi Sync ' i can not see 'Kp3 Sound' or ' Kp3 Pad' Plead Help Me Thanks
