Others have commented on the polyphony problem, synthtopia and elsewhere. Perhaps it depends on your style of playing, but on my mini retina, it bottoms out at about 38 voices*. WARNING: if you are a serious piano player lured by the admittedly nice-sounding Ivory expansion pack, the appalling Module polyphony and/or voice management makes it unusable on anything but the absolute latest iPad. Even then, not so great. It's a real shame.
