One additional tip -- Every once in awhile, when the Integra receives data in a format it doesn't understand, it will change to an indeterminate state where the Studio Set is 0000. At that point it will no longer respond normally to Studio Set change requests when selecting Set List slot or Combi ...

Hi Swarup, these instructions should help you. 1) Disconnect the MIDI cable from Integra OUT to Kronos IN. This cable is not needed since the Integra is only receiving data, not sending it. 2) In the Integra MENU/System tab, ensure that Rx Program change is set to ON. 3) In Kronos GLOBAL mode, go ...

Kronos + Integra 7 setup help
Dear Friends, I recently bought a Roland Integra 7 to accompany my Kronos X. My objective is to create StudioSets in the Integra 7 and operate them from Kronos Combis and SetLists. I do not want to change the Integra 7 programs, but just change the StudioSets with the change of Combis/SetLists. Like ...

I believe the max that the OS supports is 3 GB RAM, since it's a 32 bit system. The Kronos 2 ships with 3 GB installed. As for SSD, I don't think there is really a hard limit to the drive size you can install. USB storage should work as long it's plug and play. I bought a 128 GB USB stick to use ...

Kronos 1 RAM/SSD max capacity
Hello Friends,
I want to upgrade the RAM and SSD in the Kronos 1 model. I am sure many of you must have done this before. What is the max RAM/SSD I can put in?
Also, can I use an external SSD?

The keybed on all the 61-key Kronos have the same part number and if I’m not mistaken it’s the same as the M3 - there were only problems with the early weighted keybeds, the 73 & 76. Personally I would buy the cheapest you can find that’s in near-mint condition and if it turns out to be the origi ...

After cost differences, primary considerations to make between a pre-owned original Kronos or Kronos X may be these: 3. Many Original Kronos 73/88 had RH3 keybed problems that were corrected in the Kronos X. The 61 models were unaffected. Since the 7 yr Kronos is still popular/in use, lets clarify ...

+1 on the Mk1 Kronos 19naia: Mk1 is an abbreviation for Mark 1, which means the first or original model of something. Mine is a used Mk1 Kronos 61 I got in 2014 from a music store. It has served me well, no major issues at all. I've upgraded the RAM and added a second hard drive (SSD). For the last ...
