My bad, I should've explained that I opened it to test it. It was down holding the cable securely when I opened the KP3 and I put it back in its place when I was done, still no power. I should mention that during my "testing" a little spark went off and it turned on, I'm an amateur so I freaked out ...

Am I screwed or is this fixable? The ribbon cable is getting power but the connector seems to not be working... :/

Hello! I have a Kaoss Pad 3 which was working perfectly fine until Monday. The touch pad stopped working so I opened it up and saw that the ribbon cable was loose. I put it back in place, everything was working again...for like a day then bam! Now it won't even turn on. Took it to a friend who works ...
