Sounds like your pushing the kronos to the extreme. Good luck going to another brand, kronos is king i can assure you.
If you have the need for such complex stacks of sounds you are better off sampling your creations and reload to a bank...an easy easy fix.
Kronos sampler is intoxicating.

I had held down the enter button and seq rec button to import a sound and record an idea. when I started building other tracks is when the boo boos started happening. take a good hard look at all tracks for mutes and solos and recs ...
