Also, if your at all like me who's starting off with a Workstation and doesn't know a whole lot in regards to sequencing, your gonna LOVE the OASYS for all that it does, Sequencer included. I think your question is a loaded one. There are so many avenues to consider but the simple answer depends upon you. This thread has given you some great information. I do alot of work in my studio. i would definietly say 'YES'!! besides the fact that i appsolutly luv :) it the fact that Michael Cretu from Enigma sold all his gear and just bought an Oasys and a V-synth and made his whole new CD from it is proof enough! :lol: I really like his newest cd u should check it out, ya? :o Pura Vida ...

Ok - seriously: the quality of your digital audiorecording will depend on the quality of your original source, used microphones or other hardware in between the Oasys and the source. I'll need any preamp for voice recording or a good microphone [such as Shure SM58] would work plugged right into K.O ...
