You can use just about any "Piano & ..." combi as a start point for doing this. If you have, for example, a piano and string combi and you would like more of a quartet vs an pad/ensemble sound you just highlite the string track and pick a new voice (program) to go there in place of the original ...

I guess Im used to my Kurzweil where you start with a template of one tone and work from there is it the same way in the Krome?
for ei how would I layer a piano and string? do I pick a preset sound in combi mode and work from there or is there an easier way to do it?

Im wondering how to do simple layers like piano with a string or EP with a pad can you do it program mode? whats the simplest way to layer 2 tones?

Dissapointed there is no hard drive or music stand on the Krome. Yeah I think the reason for that is because its more of a gigging synthe not a home model plus hard drives I dont see very often any more on keyboards with the SD/USB memory slots. But for the money its probably going to take the ...
