Its not authorised, the volume up and down is how they potect their sound from being use live. It even says on my kronos that the sounds are in demo mode.. So what i need to do is use that reauthorisation file, but i dont know why..

I only know that his kronos looks same as mine, the lastest kronos version that is.. I know that he didnt get i randomly from internet, and i will update you when i mess around with settings a bit.. Btw, what do you think about installing the kronos all over again from the disk?

You are right, i wrote the comment in a hurry and wasnt really thinking. In terms of 88 key, the key that is making the problem is B3

The key that it happens on is B2, when its on default octave, when you press to go one octave lower, than it occurs on B3, so its definitely not physical key problem..
