Midnight at the Oasys!

Have you heard this song. It's from the early 70's and it's beautiful. It the theme song for Oasys users everywhere. . . Just kidding. It's still beautiful though. Note it's spelled Oasis in the song.

Multiple Programs w/effects transfer to sequencer mode!

I just thought it was the coolest thing in the world when I found out how to do it. When I first auditioned the Oasys I was amazed at how the programs sounded. Of course that's outside of sequencer mode with the program specific effects applied. Now I can get that fresh out of the box, as advertised ...

When in program mode we press enter+rec, the oasys asks if you want to enter seq mode and star recording that program in track 1. Every time we do this, even with different programs, it always goes to track 1 and replaces the previous add program. So, it would be good to add multiple programs in ...

Korg Developers and Reps

Is it possible to make a firewire card for the Oasys to fit in the old expansion slot for the exb-di. The reason why I am asking is because I saw one for the M3. The M3 is supposed to be "lower end" or scaled down in comparison with the Oasys?

How do you use the 026 Vocoder?

I know how to use the 009 Vocoder program. But how do you use the effect? Or do you need to use them together in order to make it work?

What bit rates are supported in terms of samples?

I am taking some percussion sounds from my mpc. What bit rates are supported out of these 32, 24, and 16 bits. I am loading them through a USB drive. Thanks in advance.

Honestly I really don't get folks who swear by how great the organ sounds. To me, it's just electric organs from the 60's and 70's. What's the thrill of recreating so called authentic organs based on outdated electronic technology since it's inception? I mean it's like worshiping the sounds of the ...
