You can easily do this in Style record modus.
Increase the volume or velocity of the VAR 4 percussion track by, for example, 20% and save it in a User or Favourite style bank.

Indeed you cannot switch off just ONE vocal part anymore on PA2. On PA1 you could simply mute / unmute it on the touchscreen.
