I forgot to emphasize that I do not intend to record the vocal, but to listen to it through the OASYS, as I play a sequenced or realtime live song.

I don't have sound moitors, so, I usually hear the OASYS through my headphones. Let's imagine that I need to hear a vocal as well. Can I plug in the vocal (mic), adjust it's input level and mix it with the OASYS? Can I hear them both, through the OASYS?

Is it just me or are the 1-8 output's volume a lot lower that the L/R outputs? If so, is it supposed to be this way, or is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?...

Well, I've done an end break through manually playing a combination of snares, toms, etc... one measure only, though.

I've been recording some stuff, interacting with drums through karma scenes and swithes, making the desired variations. I've got only one question. Is there a scene/switch/any other way to finish a drum part?... like a sort of closing break or something?

It's way outdated in terms of hardware specs and it's probably difficult to source those parts anyway. You really can't compare the OASYS with personal computer specs. That's strange. It's still fully available at Korg site and in all major stores... Are you sure it's not the Oasys PCI card?
