I've used the Korg Oasys with Nimjam using my optical connections. Nice experience. To jam with folks from around the world in realtime audio and the Oasys at your fingertips is a perfect marriage.

Reading these posts I think there is perhaps an argument to be made for Korg not listening and not having a clear vision. mrkorg.... yes actually Guitar Center is a chain which I've seen to hace sales and deals on the Oasys. And yes they actually have stores you can walk in and see. Check them out online.

Shipping a $8000 dolar commmodity like the Oasys to a hotel, not a good idea. Just come to NYC and pick it up yourself, nothing better than doing thing for yourself.

Techinically speaking I bet you will find the most inexpensive price in the USA as the simple answer is because of the cheap dollar compared to other currencies in the world. Beware though you get what you pay for.
