try connecting via audio.
out of the em-x into the kp3
out of the kp3 into your speakers

this will probably yield better results..

but yeah i don't have fruityloops so i can't say exactly.... this thing even works on other hardware though so it should be a simple error on your part hopefully.

so far this code has worked automatically with everything i've tried it with.

what virtual midi router are you using? are you sure you're routing the midi data correctly (IE, from kp3 -> bome's MT -> fruityloops) ? taking the direct midi data from the kp3 won't work.

you could use bome's midi translator to recieve a button press from the padkontrol and then output the necessary sysex message when it does, i think. it should be pretty possible and pretty simple i think.

interesting note - inside the kaossilator there is room for 2 rca in jacks (the circuit board even has it marked "rca in" with holes for a mount jack and everything!) , the caps and diodes that would be nearby are missing too, but i wonder....

took apart my kaossilator last night. the circuit is too small to circuit bend but you could easily wire up something to the tap tempo button. unfortunately the way the kaossilator is built i can't really test this stuff without doing permanent mods which i'm not really willing to do cause i think i ...
