Sampling / Converter

Hi,

I´m looking for a programm like sample robot to sample automatically / easily and convert in Korg format so that the Oasys can read without doing adjustments / mapping wav after wav. What do you use / recomment?

Hi Patrick, I´m happy if I could help; that´s the spirit of this community. I have omnisphere and it is a good sounding "beast"; I still haven´t scratched all sounds ;); the next vsti I´m looking for is EWQL Symphonic choirs because of the word builder; this seems to be really fascinating best reg ...

Hi Patrick, now I´m in front of the Oasys, so the steps are: 1. Press the Global Mode button 2. in Global mode tap the MIDI tab 3. tab the EXTERNAL 1 tab Here you can address the knobs and sliders with Channel and CC number, f.e. slider 1 midichannel 1 and CC 001 (Modwheel) 4. Now, and that is ...

Hi,

I´m not in front of my O, but as far as I remeber, you have to go to global mode, P1 midi and there you can assign the cc number for sliders etc, but keep in mind, that you have to switch to external at the mode buttons left to the sliders otherwise it will not work.

Hope that helps

Hi Kevin, thank you for your kind words. The duduk is played manually without any controler or special scale, no mod wheel etc, the trills are manually played, the left hand is playing the drone on the pads. I first recognized the duduk sound in the "battlestar galactica" soundtracks and was amazed ...

Hi, yes I bought it and found the duduk very playable. Of cousre it does not replace a real player but for my need it was good. The CD covers also other winds so it is worth the price. Best Service btw has released also something called "Desert winds" and you can download a demo there of a duduk ...

Hi, it is a good decision to have more memory, but it should also work without if you uncheck the other expansions.... do you have samples loaded in your memory? Then there could be not enough space? Try to go to the sampling page and clear the samples/multisamples, then there should be enough space ...

Hi, as already said the library is very playable and has its own character. It´s even very easy to create our own orchestra when loading the sounds into combie. One thing you could do is to preconfigure the panning for the sections/instruments to make it easier for users to let the sound sit in the ...

Hi, if I were you I´d buy the Kronos even if I love my O. Kronos has the same sound quality, is supported by Korg and 3rd party developers, will have/has a pc editor regarding the smaller interface, has more program memory etc., spare parts will be longer available and has more sound engines. best ...
