Hi,

I´m not in front of my O, but in a combie there must be a rider called "timbre" I guess and then a rider called "pitch"; there you can shift the pitch for any of the 16 timbres.

Just received the library and the sounds are amazing; very well programmed and very playable.
I especially liked the programming of SW 1+2 and FC, which allows you to play sounds very expressive. Some of the sounds straightly went into my live-setup 8) .

Thanks

I don't post here there often but I read the forum regularly - why? Because of the people like Daz, Martin, Stephen and many others whose posts are very helpful, informative and polite. That is really rare these days. Please respect them for their contribution! +1 and again.... everything is said ...

Hi,

according to me playing a lot of covers I would say:

- HDR 1 (esp. EXs 3): 55 %
- CX3: 15 %
- AL 1 + LAC 1: 20 %
- MOD7: 9%
- STR1: 1%

but it really depends; for 80ies Covers I use a lot more LAC1 and MOD7 of course,

So what .... Korg won´t stop creating synth and workstations. Let´s wait and see and discuss and decide when the time has come. In the last almost 25 years of buying equipment I several times thought, now I do not need new device but ...... 8) stay cool, wait and have fun playing your instrument S ...

Hi Robert, I´m not in front of my O but it should work. For every track/timbre of the combie you can set a different midichannel on the tab timbre parameter / midi. So in your example you have the solo sound on timbre/Track 1 (guitar). If you set another "free" timbre/track on let´s say midichannel 1 ...

Hi Robert, I´m not sure if I got you right, but what you want to do is to play via the same zone on the Oasys keyboards other soft or hardware synth? One solution for this should be, that the Oasys is sending midi data on the basic channel and the midi channel you chose for the timbre in combie mode. ...

Just received KFM 1 + 2 and again it will be a very short night 8) . Very cool sounds that bring back the good old times of my first synth - DX 7. While stepping through the sounds I often smiled and remembered ..... :D About the bundle with KTC ... what about those who bought the KTC already (like ...

If you need it for pushing the volume for a solo sound I add a limiter or compressor in the ifx chain of the track/program and in the ifx you can asign the pedal as controller and adjust the range of db to add.

vocoding - volume level

Hi, I´m digging into the vocoder, read the manual and the threats and watched the video on youtube of the "unofficial" Oasys DVD (which is very much official by the way - thanks for that :D ) and still I have a problem: compared to the other volume levels of the Oasys there is a very low output ...
