Realistically the 25 or so people here that are offering to pre-pay for sequencer updates isn't enough to make Korg change their minds. totally agreed! as I stated some pages before: we as users should organize and present Korg a list of users that subsribed for a preepaid update. Of course it ...

Hey SoulBe, here's another converter which you might consider. http://www.extranslator.com/ From the specs it seems to be able to import Emu files. You can get the manual from the page, so perhaps it is easy to find out. EDIT: Hey Sharp, didn't you say you bought a V-Machine? There's some kind of ...

Hi Kevin. The V-Machine is tiny hardware device that can run VSTi's. So by installing Samplelord on it I'll end up with a universal sampler that will load all the popular Sample formats and it will stream the lot from a disk. It's tiny enough to sit on the OASYS and it has a learn function. So if I ...

Hi Sharp,

how can I convert Emu III/IV samples into Akai format? Are there any converting programs that are recommended? I have a large library of Emu Samples for my old EIV and would like to use them in the OASYS.

Thanks

Personally I'd go for anything mentioned in this thread except for Choir sounds. I don't see the point when "Symphony Of Voices" loads into the OASYS perfectly, and it's an award winning library. The budget needed to produce a library to complete with it would be astronomical. +1 (just converted ...

Re: Live switching between sounds

Hi all, I might be repeating something that has been said before, but I think this might be useful for live gigging people. I've found a workaround to switch between four sounds without having the unused sounds eating up voices. It is as simple as this: The only condition is that Karma is not used ...

Well, as far as the M3 also has USB connectors it should be an argument to be considered by KORG, to make the NANO Pad usable for all their instruments with USB jacks
