I was successful and after reloading the Resource files to the factory sounds, I re-shuffled my samples lists before importing them in the PA1x to take full advantage of the onboard available RAM.

I am thinking I might backup my files and relaod the factory resource files over the top and see if same happens again before restoring my sets again.

I have loaded others sets onto the keyboard since the OS update. perhaps the Global or PCM settings have changed.
I worry about reloading the OS and losing all of my current PCM sounds and settings.

I have a backup so can't make it any worse.

Apart from the extra, polyphony, sampling RAM and additional sound banks for storage, is there really that much difference from the PA1x Pro Elite to the PA2x models.

Apart from the CD, FDD and the weight of course.

I often wondered if I should upgrade or not.

I know how to change the drum notes played back in a sequenced song.
If I want to copy a drum set and style to a new user style and simply change the kick, snare and hi hat sounds only just for this style without affecting other styles using the same drum set, can this be done?

I have a few samples which when imported into PA1x Pro and setup as a multisample using Oscilator does not provide enough volume compared to earlier multisamples I have made.
