Returning to Korg after 6 years!
Just wanted to say hello to everyone, it's been a while. Been using a Yamaha Motif XS8 since late 2007 but have recently purchased a 73 note Korg Krome.....what a keyboard for the money!! Fancied a Kronos 88 to replaced the yamaha but just can't afford that for now, so the Krome I think compliments ...

I've decided to buy a triton extreme 88, great machine, does everything i want it to do. My feeling is better buying a flagship keyboard of recent past than a budget current one. M50 is great and i agree the eds sound ship is brill but i'll stick with my conviction and go for the TEX. thanks again ...

I appreciate the response guys, was just thinking about the whole polyphony problem and i concluded thats its not really a problem! I've played keys for over 30 years and never had any issues in the past, it's just those damn magazines that pick on every little aspect of a machine. Once again thanks ...

M50 Polyphony
Hi there. I'm just in the process of buying a new keyboard, don't have huge amounts of spare cash for an M3 so my choice if the M50 88 or a Triton Extreme 88 from ebay. From other posts i've read the M50 is brilliant, no doubt about that, I want to ask M50 users a simple question....... Has anyone ...

Hi mate. I had an i30 in 1998 - 99. From what i remember it was great at what it was designed for, as an arranger. I used it at the time as an upgrade to my i3 for backing singers and i have to say it was great. Now, compared to current arrangers it's probably a bit dated but with some tweaking you ...

Hi fellow musos
Hello all.
Been a korg user all my life and been gigging for 23 years so have used a variety of keyboards.
Just bought an M50 88 which seems a good machine (i hope).
Anyway, hi to you all and nice to be here.
Cheers,
Craig.

Just bought an M50 88
Just picked up one of these on ebay, had a Triton Extreme 88 but had to get rid last year and i couldn't find another one. Are the M50 sounds as good? Not worried about sampling so apart from that the M50 seems to fit the bill and it has the more modern RH3 keyboard. Hopefully have it by next week ...
