Sounds like you have the polarity set wrong? Try changing that in Global.

No luck with this, I called the Korg importer here in Holland and they seem to have the parts in stock, but they are not willing to send them directly to end-users, so they advised me to contact my Korg retailer, which I did. But even they did not get any decent reaction. I will probably try again ...

I have the same problem, I wonder why Korg chose to use that type of material for side skirts? It looks kind of cheap and to me is the only let down to an otherwise brilliant instrument.

anyway, does someone around here know if there's an option like the one mentioned above for Holland?
