This is a total shot in the dark but it has happened on three out of five laptops I owned. Could it be that just the video card got hot? Especially Nvidia cards (and again I have only seen this behaviour on laptops). If there was a faulty fan or something. That's the best I can think of.

After you have made a sequence, you go to Media mode and go to the save tab, click the upper right hand corner of your touch screen and select SAVE SEQ. If you go to http://www.korg.com and type a search for Triton Extreme, you can download all the manuals there. As far as playback, just hit start ...

Try this:

Then all you need is a USB cable.

Then read page 17 of your Operations Guide :)

Welcome!!

I, like you, had a different primary instrument (bass player). The love for electronic music and my wife being a keyboard player set me in motion. This forum will really help you get on board as it did me. Look forward to seeing to seeing ya around!!!

I also agree that this approach is fairly the standard, though in this case aptly described and detailed. Another point I might add is to walk all over town listening to your mix over and over in various settings and in the different moods you get in throughout the day. I couldn't agree more ...

What do you use for mixing? I use Cubase SX3 (been to lazy to buy 4). But hey, I'm game. Just have to figure out how to collaborate on this :)
