these demos are what made me buy the kronos, gritty, fast, mean and evil.

I went to GC, and put on my in ear ultimate ears super fi 5s, and fiddles with some polysix and ms20 patches, add fx, some amp sims, and other fx and was able to get it to rip hard and sound epic and mean. This thing can even be fat, not from the VAs but some of the hd1 samples like the sub bass ...

I hate the keyboards, the keybeds are all weighted and i hate that stuff, i am not a piano guy, i am a synth guy.

Virus a has 2 osc and a sub osc. its plenty. Then there is twin or unison modes. I still prefer the A to all of them. I just like its raw mean sound, and i get fat bass out of it still. I have been able to get most of my favorite synth sounds out of the virus, pads, strings, leads and bass and mean ...

Or do they break down and malfunction a bunch?

I care about the amp sim, od and distortions to muck up the sounds. Not for stupid lead guitar crap, for basses, and drums to make industrial stuff.

The triton did it ok, didn't have the m3, wonder how good it is on the kronos.
