Thank you gentlemen! xmlguy, thanks for the cross-promotion! :) I love the R3, trust me... In fact, I think it's going to join the M3 and SV-1 in my live rig now that I've added a 3rd tier. I honestly chose the MKXL because it looked really good, size-wise, sitting next to the KOPro. I still haven ...

How about: KO1 > mini-KP > KOPro > KP3 That way you can record effected Kaossilator sounds into the loop banks on the KOPro. I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to achieve, but linking everything into one long chain isn't always the best solution and you get some signal degradation over complex ...

kaoss set up
hi, ive been wrestling with this question for a while, so thought id post on here to start a discussion.. anyway... my current set up is: kaossilator, into Kp mini >> into Kp3 that way, i can send wet or dry signals into the kp3 and use the kp3 as a multitracker. So.... I was wondering how to ...

the kaossilator has some GREAT bass tones, don't get me wrong. it does not however have a wobble bass preset nor any way to make one. i assume that's what you're looking for when you say dubstep. "coupled with a mini kp, you can get some heavyweight bass noises out of it" this is true, there's just ...

yeah, do you have to hold record, press the screen and move a slider at once? doesn't seem too well planned out. check this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Q2wE2YXnAM around 5.50 .. looks like you can arm the track to record .. but i meant it looks like it will be harder to create rock solid ...

he's right, hoever, coupled with a mini kp, you can get some heavyweight bass noises out of itsalamanderanagram wrote:you need a real synth to get a wobble bass.
simply connect the LFO to the frequency parameter of a low pass filter. with a kaossilator you are stuck with some presets and can't really program new sounds

Re: Dubstep Kaossilator
Hellow hellow, I just bought a Kaossilator and I want to "make" dubstep on it. I just can't get the sound right. Some tips ? best sound, bpm, using the gate or not... Please say them very clear because this is all new for me. for exmp: set to L15 > 70bpm ,.... I hope someone is kind enough to share ...

i'm not sure it would make sense to re-sample on the pro.....it's more of a synth/loop playback combined with 4 kaossilators....at least thats how i understand it. you could send loops from the kp3 to the kpro then resample the kp3s banks.......it could go on forever! :) either way itll be a hell ...
