I couldn't help laughing at this marketing hype on the Integra webpage:- The newly created SFX kits offer a variety of stunningly realistic sounds, such as car crash, door slam, footsteps, birds, river, and more. Great for film scoring, some of the effects offer real-time control. OK, its got GM ...

Also im not sure why you would be on the combi you need to be in setlist mode? In setlist mode YOU are the one who copies all the programs or combi in to the blocks, in the order you want. As long as you put the right combi's and programs in the setlist, it will ALWAYS play them when you choose them.

No the Setlist screen is its own screen, you wont see the combi mode screen. But thats ok because for changing volumes on your sounds you dont need to be on the screen. All the faders on the Kronos are automatically assigned to each part in the combi. For what you are explaining you want to do with ...

I have some "news" in this front I guess. For Roland though its been a while since I got this news and they might have changed since. BUT last I heard they were doing a few things with there new synth. First thing is apparently they are thinking of not making the new flagship workstation a Fantom ...

Which manufacturer has the best grand piano sound overall? Roland with its V-Grand. Nothing else really can compare. Unless you have actually played one in person you will know what I mean. The V-grand is insane. I would get it over a real grand probably (unless the real grand was like a Steinway D ...

I would not say its Lo-Fi vs Hi-Fi at all. There is practically no keyboard that is Lo-Fi. The Kurzweil PC3/k is a Hi-Fi keyboard indeed. But you have to remember that one of the unique things about the Kronos was that its the MOST high fidelity keyboard yet. Now realistically? No one other then ...

A LPF, meaning they lack highs? That wouldn't be described as "thin" by anyone. And if anything, I thought the Korg synths always over-emphasized lows and highs. Many presets have like over 6dB of low and high boost. LOL I meant HPF. Changed it, thanks ! And its very slight, just enough to make a ...
