I got a Virus TI Snow

Virus TI Snow but I think I will return it and wait (patiently/impatiently) for the Kronos.

[quote="Jon Lord"]Kevin has several valid points about the lack of space. Btw Kevin, kronos comes with even more combi's (and probably programs) so even less space. Is this potentially solved with the Kronos/Computer integration via VST? I think I remember reading that all parameters are saved when ...

kronos 61 & virus ti snow

i'm thinking of getting a virus ti snow to go along with a kronos 61. anyone have specific experience with the ti snow?

And if you say, once again, "well how come Roland and Yamaha have made price announcements recently?" - the honest answer is "Korg is not required to do what Yamaha and Roland do. ;) I also would imagine that Yamaha at least has a much more robust and complex method of dealing with currency ...

.... Don't get me wrong, I clearly don't want to have VST on my Kronos, but I think there's an "in-between" solution. Look how Apple deal with the iPhone, the App Store, thousands of developers and hundred thousands apps... Don't tell me Korg, Yamaha or even Roland couldn't release a SDK to allow ...

Wonder why a month delay? I remember when we were waiting for the Virus TI to ship... month after month after month of delays. Maybe to incorporate all the great feedback from the forum...... More sampler tools, additional engines, endcaps, tilt screen, iPad connectivity, etc. Wishful thinking I ...

SSD Drive - Backup & Failure

I'd like some additional information in regards to the SSD drive. In my limited understanding of drives, the SSD should be incredibly faster and able to take more abuse from bumps and shocks than the magnetic platters but I remember reading about a limited write to the SSD. Something I thought along ...

iPad & Motif

its all done... ...but of course a special program just for kronos would be wonderful like spectratonics done ... and Motif XF http://www.yamahasynth.com/jp/library/motif_xf/ipad/soon.html This does seem pretty slick and could perhaps mitigate some of the concerns regarding touch sensitivity and ...
