And it has a four octave keybed.
Back on topic....

This sounds interesting a bit of competition for the minilogue perhaps. I look forward to seeing the teaser

Any mixer that has multiple stereo inputs - plan for adding other things like microphones and guitars. If all of these keyboards are stereo outputs then you need 4 inputs - so you are likely looking at least a 12 channel mixer. Then if you are recording to computer will you be using USB, firewire or ...

Last Saturday I was supposed to be sending a neighbour some videos I took of a gig our respective daughters did. I saw the Arturia offer in my inbox and spent the rest of the day downloading, installing and playing. Been doing a lot of playing on the Jup 8 and Mini V so far - I am pretty impressed ...

VOlume and DSI

You might want to check how the tetra is responding to volume messages. I had a similar problem with my PRO-2 when I changed the volume slider to maximum in my DAW (Sonar X3) the Pro-2 was outputting at maximum volume irrespective of where the volume knob on the keyboard was. I think the PRO-2 ...

Re: two octaves

Found out how to do this. For JU06 pressing Chorus 2 button and patch buttons let you select a number of functions (buttons 4 to 13 selects the octave). The user manuals are available online (under support).

The Kraft videos are fantastic - I think roland have done a really nice job. Wife says I have too many nice toys and I just bought a PRO-2 so I'm going to have to wait.

The fixed window size is still a pain - it would be goodto be able to resize it - on my 21" monitor its really difficult to see the values on an MS20 patch

Also in MS20 patches I was unable to add patch leads - the double click to select a source didnt work

This is an old story - Dave Smith spoke about it at NAMM this year - it was just something Yamaha decided to do. First new synth under the banner is the new Prophet 6.

I am going to have to wait - was going to be a birthday present in June. If the price stays that high (note that the Sub 37 is still the same price as it was) then I'll have to think of an alternative.
