> Also I heard somewhere that foam can become brittle and break off and go into the keys? No, that would be SKB. The latches tend to break too. Then TSA has a habit of locking the TSA locks all the time. Make sure you are carrying your spare key. I wont be flying much but I want the best protection ...

Kronos Flight Case

I'm now much closer to getting a Kronos 73. I feel the need to get a flight case. I'm not even considering gator because I heard the straps snap keys. Also I heard somewhere that foam can become brittle and break off and go into the keys? Is this true? Here's what I've found so far, though the a&s ...

I purchased a Roland V-Stand a few years ago (I think the exact same stand was manufactured by Ultimate Support without the Roland logo). What a piece of crap. The mic boom was useless. No depth adjust on the 2nd tier, problems with folding it back up and other things. And it was really expensive ...

Why would you want *anything* that says Roland holding up your Kronos? ;)

I have to admit, I like the looks of the Spyder Pro stand as well. But it is nice that on the Apex, the arms just pop off and store inside the column, and you never have to reset the height of each keyboard each time you put it together. Although I do like the space for pedals under the Spyder ...

Has anyone tried the Standtastic stands? Looks like it could be a good solution for me. Need to be able to have three keyboards on it spaced as close as possible. Looks like they're fully adjustable including tilt. Could also be able to place a midi pedal keyboard underneath. Only question I have ...

I looked at the spider pro. The issue I had was with removing/lowering the arms during transport. It did not have a memory lock so everytime I setup the stand, I would either have to use a magic marker to mark my positions or remember where I positioned each keyboard for comfortable playing. I ...

Hmmm. I do like the look better than the spider pro. Better aray of colors. but you play standing up, so i see pedal room is no concern for you. I enjoy sitting down because my knees shake whenever I'm on the spot  The spider pro is lighter and has pedal room. Hmmm

Maybe the nicest I've seen, funny thing is, the second tier you can buy is the same price as the main stand. So a two tier one would cost $940. Holy S***! is roland crazy?
