I agree there are Combis I prefer on M3 but the fact is that I can get those and much more on Kronos. However, there are features I prefer on M3: - The sequencer is much better as well as the expanded UI. - I prefer using the whole touch screen for X-Y control instead of the vector joystick. - I ...

I really don't like that much Roland Fantom G but at the end it's wise to keep it to add variety  But I would advise you to sell the XS rack and keep the Motif XF. I can't speak about differences between XS and XF, but many guys on Motifator say there's a clear difference and tweaked AD/DA ...

Extended Combi Content List Currently the combi list only shows the IDs of the used programs in alphabetical order. However, it would be nice to see per combi, all used programs including names/categories. This feature would be great! Enabling us to fully analyze the Programs used in Combis :D I ...

I don't think i will be able to trade that for on-screen pads, i was wondering, can i "add" pads to the Kronos using like the korg NanoPAD using direct USB without the use of a computer? because ONLY then i will be able to even consider the Kronos. Can anyone answer that? (maybe it would better ...

If you just need the SGX-1 and the CX-3, then you can make one new program with 2 EXi's: one for piano and the other for CX-3 and you still have the Drum Track. IMHO, you really don't need to build a COMBI unless you want to have more KARMA modules...

- If you'll use many personalized samples (third party libraries) to get your sounds, then choose Motif XF. It has Flash memory boards which will let you load permanently your samples. It should be noted that you can choose which samples you wish to have automatically loaded at startup on the ...

I own both (88 keys each one) and I'm also on Motifator (I saw there your post) Any of those is a great choice, and there are certain deciding points to consider in order to choose the best for you: - If you're going to program your own sounds without using samples, then choose Kronos. It has 9 ...

I don't have the Microstation, but it uses EDS-i so I think you can apply both effects in parallel by chaining them. For example: output of IFX 1 goes to input of IFX 2

Ok I can confirm that maphill's solution worked for my Kronos 88, RH3 keybed from Japan. I had clicking notes on C3-C4 and C5-C6 and by removing those large-headed bolts I was able to eliminate the clicking noises. I repeated the procedure several times, because when I adjusted some keys, then other ...
