How about putting the ccs in the controls surface? You could turn on/off with buttons and with reverb you could change wet/dry or maybe delay time.
I use this approach which lets me tweak anything outboard as I need.

Froze your Kronos? What are you sending? This really isn't that difficult.
You just need one piece to be in control. If it is logic, that is how you send out midi clock.

The Logic part is this:

Preference > MIDI

Sync Tab
"MIDI Sync Project Settings" button on the bottom right

MIDI Clock > "Transmit Midi Clock" check box on

Depending on your setup you can transfer to everything or just your Kronos with the pulldown menu.
