Frankly, it is complete beyond me, to buy such a powerful keyboard and then resign like that. What did you buy that keyboard for? Even if someone is not ready to to do at least one decent manual read, there is still a load of introduction videos, and if you are too lazy to read, you could still pay ...

I can understand your frustration. I am an electronic engineer, I am a IT professional and I was new to Kronos as well, and I need a lot of time to understand it. I am still learning after having it for 7 months... I love this machine, It is great and I believe it is one of the best instruments on ...

Yes. I tried and it works very well... The sequence keeps running and the SST works very well when you change slot with different active tracks

Thanks, I got it, you have to select the active track to play... I see You were talking about filtering midi channels, so I though to you this feature as step sequencer... If you could play/ mute different channels between setlist slots, you could switch between different midi loops ...

Personally I don't think Karma is suited for accompaignment in live situations. It lacks a lot of flexibility (no intro, no ending, no fills, ...). Also, it's not easy to quickly choose a certain style or drum pattern. You will need to create combi's for all kinds of music styles you wish to play ...

I have several songs in my repertoire where I am using strictly Karma as my accomp. (I also do some tunes with presequenced accomp). I use my foot switch to turn latch on an off for endings or breaks, and I switch modules for a different accomp on verses and choruses. I like the flexibilty of not ...

the way I look at trying to replicate 30 year old technology? why not come up with something new and fresh that is just as effective and maybe even a little more over the top. you are probably going to be the only person that knows that it's not exactly like the original. the good measure of true ...

the lead sound on human nature isn't hard. to me it sounds like a soft thin synth brass sound, that then an analogue bell sound comes in the 2nd time. i've gotten pretty close by mixing the "saw drops" and "polysynth" programs for the 1st part, and then experiment with a bell sound thats layered up ...

Core Midi and Core audio work very well if you connect iPad with Kronos through USB (camera connection kit - no other interfaces). I have Korg iElectribe app and it is excellent to use it with Kronos. You can change the tempo from Kronos and it is synched and you can hear it from Kronos audio output ...

Hi, I think that ableton + kronos should be the best option for backing tracks plying (midi and audio). I was wondering to use it in the same way or with genome midi sequencer. I have had not time so far to try ableton and I cannot tell you about this issue. I think the best thing to do to check ...
