"LOCATE CONTROLLER ASSIGNMENT" function

Finding the assignments that have been made to a given controller has been one of the most time-consuming program editing tasks for me on the Kronos. What if there was a feature that allowed you to 'jump' to the assignment of a controller. For example, in program mode, moving the ribbon controller ...

the kronos blog looks like a great resource. the rhodes mkV is nice. it doesn't have the dedicated effects & other benefits of the EP-1 engine but it still helps. thanks

rhodes MKI model w/all bark & no bell - top of wish list

I'm discovering that the Kronos really is a great performance keyboard. 'Love the keybed & the natural expressiveness of the sound engines. 'Getting great tonewheel organ presets now...thanks Korg for the CX3 improvements!!! As much as I love the EP-1 engine I still really miss the dry, barky ...

What I would suggest you do is create a new Set and completely reload the data from the Kronos and see if the problem persists. if it doesn't then continue with the new file and delete the other. (Since you say everything is in sync, I'm assuming that the instrument has the same data as the editor ...

I get the "bank type conflict" error when trying to copy/paste between bank user DD and user EE. Copy/paste between banks FF and GG for example, works fine. The program user bank type settings on the Kronos X are: EXi for banks AA,DD & EE HD-1 for banks BB, CC, FF & GG The software editor really ...

Is the Set you are working on in the editor the same as the data in your Kronos? Is the editor connected to the Kronos while you are doing this? Yes to both of those questions. It's synchronized while I'm editing. (my OS is Mac, Mountain Lion by the way) I'm guessing that I can't manually set the ...

Question for Michael from SoundQuest

Hi Michael, 'hope your holidays were good. I'm wanting to use the SoundQuest Kronos Editor to manage program banks. Right now I'm getting "Program bank type conflicts" errors when trying to to copy a program preset from one EXi bank to another EXi bank. I think it's because the software isn't ...

Bank Type Discrepancy between Kronos & Software Editor

I'm getting errors when trying to use the SoundQuest Kronos Editor to copy a program preset from one EXi bank to another EXi bank. I think it's because the software isn't recognizing the bank types correctly.
Has anyone had this problem...or know a way to correct it?
