Try to approach the Kronos as a musical instrument, the next generation workstation if you will. You'll be a lot less frustrated than if you assume it is a computer and should have all the conveniences and idiosyncracies of one. I think it's a real shame the Kronos seems to catch a lot of flak for ...

You can also just use copy/paste. Think I'll stick with the copy/paste for now. It sure would be nice if the kronos had a pop up vertical screen though and/or a much bigger one, like I saw being demoed on utube the other day: StudioBLADE Gen3 Keyboard Production Station, is about a 15" touch screen ...

You have three tabs in disk mode, save, load and utility. In the utility tab, use the top right drop down menu for cut, copy and paste. It's pretty quick actually, you can do multiple select too if you need to. Also perhaps check the disk mode section of the operation guide for other nifty tips on ...

I drag and drop files to my Kronos all the time - how? Use FTP, connect it to your computer. You do the actions you are asking for and thing end up on your Kronos hard drive in the folder you want, ready to go. The only way I would know to do that would be if the Kronos had an internet connection ...

No need for ftp then. Assuming you are using a PC and not a mac. Right! And I'm on a Mac - the computer for artists and entrepreneurs, having given up on pcs finally in disgust 5 years ago, having been on them since the very beginning. But I'll attempt to connect mac to kronos - usb to usb and so ...

Is this a question or a complaint? The Kronos, like other workstations, doesn't have a mouse nor drag and drop. Use copy/paste. This is a frustration. I know how to copy, but not to paste, and with no mouse, drag/drop and no command and/or control "C" and "V", I don't know how and where the paste ...

Copying wav files into Kronos

On any computer I've ever owned copying files from one HD or other media to another is as simple as highlighting any and all files and folders wanted, and with one mouse click drag them to the receiving media. Piece of cake. To do this extremely simple task in Kronos, seems a long and ardous process ...
