Thank you Sharp!! :D

I suppose this has to be done in the same track as the sound itself is? Just asking because I use to record fader-automation in a separat track.
Can I insert such a CC into audio-tracks as well - or only into midi-tracks?

Fader automation: how to make them "jump" to defin

When recording with the sequencer I quite often have the situation, that I wish for the same track to be louder in eg. the chorus and less loud elsewhere. I know how to record fader movements - but they are not precise and fast enough. If you have just 1/32 time to move from 127 to exactly 82 it's ...

I agree that the documentation is done properly. However, I quite often miss the workflow-issue - esp. on a workstation that is more than just a synth. Mike Conway's tutorial videos explain what I mean. It's hard to do that without videos. Another great example is Stephen with his Karma videos.

Well - I'm gratefull for this poll, as I'm still not sure wether to install 1.3 now or wait for a minor update. I'm happy to read, that there are quite some people having solely positiv experiences with the update! :D

I keep that in mind. And this forum hosts a thread about the positiv installations, too. I believe, its not such a big issue to install 1.3 properly. But the longer one reads here, the more strange things appear (latest is the touch-screen issue). Right now I feel a little bit like an idiot ...

To my knowledge you just have to press the "Record" button on the sequencer once to stop the metronom clicking after "Enter+Rec/Write". But of course the rest of the work remains if you want the metronom be shut up ... I wish for independent "From/To" values within the viewing screen on the ...

Will there be a 1.3.X soon?

Hi! I have downloaded all the necessary stuff for 1.3 and bought the Mod7-code. But due to an important recording session I did not want to install it prior to it. Now the work has been done and I wonder wether I should install 1.3 or just wait for an update of the update. You kind of get used to ...

I'm still running 1.2.3 and experience this behaviour of the screen sometimes too. Therefor I don't believe that it's an issue of 1.3. Personally I believe, that the problems having been caused by 1.3 tend to make people more critical and look much closer at certain issues that never have been ...

I experience most of my freezes while using the combi or program-browser (see other thread here). If there is a connection to the cancel-button - ok, not great, but I'm happy to know it now so that I can avoid it. :? (And like Daz writes: I'm still running 1.2.3 - so it has nothing to do with the ...

Hehe - the miracles of our modern information-age! Reading all these "surprises" makes it really difficult for me to decide when to switch to 1.3. Musically I'm totally dependent on my Oasys (I even use its sequencer  ) - guess I'll wait a little bit until most things are sorted out. :?

I understand that everything (including sequencer, Karma etc.) works nicely after this update?
No "surprises" like last time?
What about the "lossless" compression? Everything as expected?

Just wanna know, befor I install my upgrade ...
