i've been a korg fan for a long time.
korg was the leader in music workstations.
now it looks like that korg is putting most of their attention into arranger keyboards and cheap stuff like nano series.

Korg needs to compete with Fantom-G and Motif-XS,

Ironiclly KORG's "arranger-keyboards" are better than their own Workstations, very sad.

they won't be dead, they just will be in software version. cheap keyboards like casio, and auto-accompaniment keyboards, will be alive. I hope arranger-keyboards don't go into software, because i'll have to ditch software, and record music using hardware analog synths and live instruments, or ...

I would probably buy any VSTi from korg that is a clone their digital synth line or workstation (e.g: TRINITY, z1/prophecy, N364, Triton). OR vsti editor for TRITON or TR-RACK. or if they released some VSTi that is completely new (that isn't a clone of hardware.) I'm really not interested in NANO ...

Re: KORG READ THIS!!

Who even cares if it's a legacy product? Are you serious? There is a whole new generation now who doesn't even care about rom hardware workstations, but prefer the workflow of soft synths, and I can't blame them.Workstations are expensive and for the most part soft synths are inexpensive. Korg has an ...

Re: New Korg Legacy with Triton added? Ever?

Did any Korg representative at any time or any occasion (Namm or some other show) announce even the possibility of releasing new Korg Legacy with Triton added to previous VST collection (maybe even Extreme version of Triton line)? Such a product would hit a huge sale numbers, IMO. I for one would ...
