I'm really sorry to hear there is not a real solution from the forum members; I guess the real answer is at Korg support. You probably are not in the mood for a joke, but I would reconsider your signature text if you don't have anything for real sequencing. Ha! Indeed. Too much equipment for a ...

I've decided to forget about this issue, give up, and end it in this thread because nothing can help this situation except getting a new one, which won't happen for another two months or so. In the meantime - I won't be able to do any real sequencing as I gave my other 88 controller to someone who ...

To me this sounds like either an SSD problem or something like the OS has become corrupt and maybe (just guessing), it has "lost" the preference for the startup disk or some critical piece of OS code has become corrupt. I would guess that there's a "verbose" mode that you could hold down a few ...

Just a thought.. A good number of users were having trouble and confused by the download and unzipping. Trying to load in the wrong set of files, (Perhaps corrupt) into Kronos and after a few attempts, getting it installed. Maybe the problem wasn't the actual update? I'm not that savvy here, is ...

http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=67751 I don't understand why you're referring me to this thread - I've read it several times already looking for answers that do not exist. As I've said before, it starts, the fan spins, then stops, then nothing - then the same stupid message ...

One question about the DVD drives: do any of these have a dedicated power supply? We've had problems with some USB bus-powered DVD drives. yes, one of them, Lite on have power cord (dedicated power supply) is there any hidden key we should press while power on so we can go to BIOS menu ? And of ...

So, after a $65 USB DVD drive WITH A POWER SUPPLY, it is clear that this restoration procedure is useless - why? Because 3-4 seconds in, the fan just stops, the the Disk light comes on twice, and the little red line just stops at the "S". The DVD drive doesn't even know what to do. Since I already ...

And now, I am supposed to go out and buy a USB DVD drive (more money) because the programmers can't send signals or messages over the existing USB cable connection that came with the unit (like my RADIAS!). Please tell me where I can go buy this unit, this time of night - on a Friday night, in a ...

Hello all. I am not looking for sympathy - but I "SINCERELY" appreciate all of your comments - except the knucklehead who posted the "24hr Walmart" comment, another one of the many reasons I hate posting on here sometimes. My concerns where/ are REAL. The gig thing - can be serious. The $3000+ paper ...

Extremely disappointed FINALLY.

I've read other users gripes and felt lucky - until tonight. The worst failure in hardware I've ever experienced - and I'm normally a patient person.

The system fan starts, and just - STOPS.

This is just inexcusable.

Well, since it happened on a Friday evening at 9:45pm - No.

Korg, seriously, what if I was a giggling musician???? What if I was getting ready to play on stage? What if I were a studio owner with a client in the room - on a Friday evening at 9:45pm??

Ok - NOW, I'm REALLY ANGRY!

Ok - I turn on the KRONOS, everything starts up, SET LIST shows up. I go answer the phone, come back, KRONOS has re-started on its own - with a SYSTEM STARTUP FAILURE message. :x H*** NOOO!!! This never happened before OS 1.5 and I WANT ANSWERS. I don't want to hear that I have to take it in for ...
