i didnt mean adjustable when i'm playing back samples, i meant when i sample, what is the maximum time one sample can be? :D This has been discussed in another thread a while ago, but I'm too lazy to search for it. It's also in the manual but I'm at work now and too lazy to download it. The maximum ...

You can only have one sample loaded for each pad at a time, so you can only have 4 samples at a time.

The KP3 has 10 synth sounds. And 6 drum programs. They can all be used by playing around with the pad without any input from the line ins or samplers. I never really use any of those presets. It also has vocoder programs. I guess the main difference is the ability to store samples for later use and ...

[quote="jjcomet"]Hey there first time post did you ever get a solution to this 'hold' function? I've set up my midi controller so that i can select a program (via prog ch) and two cc's (12 and 13), but the manual simply doesn't tell you how to 'activate' either the touch pad or the hold button; i ...

Thanks for the file. It works greats. Changing the editor's options with the Plist editor of the developer tools is totally easy. A nice workaround while we're waiting for a bugfixed editor ;-) I'm glad it worked. It's too bad the editor install didn't create a plist file with all the possible keys ...

Thanks for the info - we'll check into this. Regards, Jerry Thanks Jerry! I did some more poking around since I have both a Tiger and Leopard box. The results of my experiment show that the editor is reading the preferencess file under Leopard, but not writing to it. The editor did create the ...

Well I finally solved my weird port issue under Leopard. Reinstalling the USB driver didn't work the first time I tried it, but then I did what I should have done in the first place. I deleted the device from the audio midi window and then reinstalled. The device popped up as Radias #2 with all the ...

Same problem here, the Radias editor doesn't remember any preferences (window sizes/positions, MIDI ports, skin colour). Beside this annoying bug, the editor works as expected so far. BTW: I own the keyboard, did a fresh install of Leopard. Then I installed the Korg USB drivers (1.0.7) and the ...

I'm having that issue with Leopard also. The update worked with no issues, but whenver I restart the editor, it reverts to "Not use MIDI IN device". I change it to Radias Dump In and Radias Dump Out but I don't think that the settings take at all because the Radias just won't communicate with the ...

There is no audio transmitted on the USB. The KP3 is marketed primarily as a DJ tool which is probably why they only show dj mixers or cd players, but there is nothing stopping you from using it in any other audio function. When I feel like tossing the KP3 into an audio production, I either a ...

Wow, what a surprise. I like how it has four different trigger options. I guess I'll wait a day or two to see if it shows up on the US site. Otherwise I'll just grab it from the UK site.

This is just a guess... but you mentioned that you see the SD card in the finder. I believe that only happens when you engage USB mode from the KP3. The editor will not work if you are in USB mode.
