I just watched the first part of it. Everything is great but the host of the DVD is really missing something? Didn't you have an extra $ for the talent?  Seriously well done Mike, thanks alot for doing it!
And there was this one time at band camp......

Hi Mike,
I just placed my order for the DVD today! How do you plan to send it for international shipping?

First Class International. Obviously, the price is different than a domestic order. I picked $3 shipping, because that averages out between U.S., Canadian/Mexican (bordering countries) and overseas rates.

Ok, I placed my order today, great news that is finally available
Mike! Thank you.

Given that its all downhill to Australia, hopefully it won't take
too long :D

My congrats, Mike =D> =D>! Just got my DVD today (I'm impressed! That was only 6 days for delivery to Germany!) and watched the most parts this evening! Very nice work. I knew the most things (still trying to get that phonebook-like param guide into my head ), but I was very impressed what one could do with wavesequencing. Didn't know that much about it but now I will definitely give it a try. Also demoing the KARO libs was a very good idea, got me a deeper look into them.

In general, the OASYS still impresses me when I see you showing and explaining things and talking about features and possibilities and I know that even if you would explain for some more hours, you wouldn't have catched all aspects. That also would be impossible, perhaps. But you chose the right aspects, especially for the beginners, and it is only vaguely perceptible for me how difficult it must have been.
Also I think this will have a positive influence on someone not sure if he should buy an OASYS and isn't afraid of complexity and myriads of possibilties .

And finally, there's no need for anyone to argue about not having a decent tutorial CD anymore

PS: If you're going to release a next one, you can charge me in advance

Steve, your DVD is well on its journey. Shouldn't be too long.

Good to hear! My wife is going to the post office, everyday (minus Sunday) and Las Vegas has a lot of flights in and out, which means the mail gets a move on.

Also demoing the KARO libs was a very good idea, got me a deeper look into them.
At the price that they go for, I figured people would like a look - just like they would study an OASYS. Hopefully, it's good exposure for Karo. I'm a fan of their work.

I know that even if you would explain for some more hours, you wouldn't have catched all aspects. That also would be impossible, perhaps. But you chose the right aspects, especially for the beginners
I pre-practiced and researched every HD-1 parameter, Disk parameters, etc. I was going to do much more, but to do what I wanted meant 6 - 9 hours! (3 DVDs, right?) Finally, it came to me (also was suggested) to do short specific demos. A lot of people are going to want that first DVD to cover most basics, so I'm glad that the shorts allowed the Sequencer and some other areas to be included on the first disc.

Hi Mike,
The DVD arrived. Very well done. I was especially interested in the wavesequencing departement, and you showed me some need tricks, (AMS controllers switching on/off one multisample within the wavesequence). 8)

Haven't watch everything yet but you did a very good job. Keep up the good work

Great news that its out, Mike! I just ordered mine. I'm very excited to get this based on the quality of your video samples!

(BTW...its spelled "timbre"...rhymes with "amber"... ;) )

Thanks Arend! There's more Wave Sequencing in the short demos.

Carbon, got your order! Thanks! Yes, I just noticed the misspelling of timbre (ack!).
