ERROR WRITING TO MEDIUM???????

Hello,
I have a Seagate 750megabyte hard drive. I have backup my whole Oasys to many times. But now, I try to do before i get it serviced and it say "Error Writing To Medium". And I can't figure out why it would say that!!!! Theres plenty of space and I can load songs from it into my Oasys but it wont do the opposite! any help?

The description of this error message in the Parameter Guide may help. It's on page 1074 (version E5).

I had a similar error with my 2Gb pendrive. When the Oasys looks a the size it reported is as 220M which did not make sense. Korg has said in the past that scanning the external device might clear this but I ended up fixing this by rebooting the Oasys with the USB connection in prior to booting up. Try that.

Also, while talking about manuals, the "E5" "OPERATING GUIDE" is on Korg user website: https://www.korguser.net/oasys/download/#manuals I post this because korg UK is only "E2" and USA "E4". (operating guide not parameter)
