Hi every one...
My question concerning split point. PA800 )... Here my question..
On my KB, I set the first split point at A#3 for accompagnement ( left )
I want to set second split point from A#3 to E5 to use with upper 1 ( ex: Organ ) and the tird split point from F5 to C7 to use with upper 2 ( ex: guitar ) Did any one could help me on this matter. I could't find explanation in the manual.
Many thank's to all

Re: Split Point
i know you can create "Zones" in work stations, but i'm not sure if you can do it on PA 800. ( I hope i'm wrong). Split point only refers to the accompaniment/melody split point i believe. You can create different zones with different velocity layers though. May be you could use STS buttons to access different sounds instead of creating small zones?michel928 wrote:Hi every one...

Keyboard/Ensemble: Key/Velocity Range
This page lets you program a key and dynamic (velocity) range
for each of the Keyboard tracks.
Key range is useful to create a set of Keyboard tracks playing in
different zones of the keyboard. For example, you may have
french horns and woodwinds playing in the center range of the
keyboard, while only woodwinds play on the higher range.
Velocity range is useful to create a sound made of up to three
dynamic layers, assigning each of the Upper tracks to a different
dynamic range.
As an example, you may assign the El.Piano 1 Program to the
Upper 1, and the El.Piano 2 Program to the Upper 2 track. Then,
set Upper 1 to [Bottom=0, Top=80], and Upper 2 to [Bottom=
81, Top=127]. The El.Piano 1 will play when playing softer,
the El.Piano 2 when playing louder.
