Recording demos using Ableton Live and Zero 4

[b]Does anyone know what the best way of recording a demo using Zero 4 and Ableton Live.[/b]
Currently when recording, I am not able to record the audio effects used in the Zero 4, but can with the midi effects.
There is record output (RCA jacks L/R) but I'm not sure how I would use them.

not sure about output routing on the 4. But if you look/search/ask here http://www.prodjforums.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=12 I am sure you will find your answer.

make a new track on ableton. select "out from zero4" which feeds master out (usualy 15/16 but check with zero edit) and record it in ableton
