You need to contact your national Korg distributor to transfer ownership. A link to the list of all Korg distributors, world-wide, is in my signature.

Read Dans post!!!!

That is what to do. Where is the difficulty.

I am starting to wonder if the purchase of this O is actually genuine.

If you have just paid somebody god knows how much for a keyboard, I am sure they would be more than happy to share the email and password for the account with you.

You have the serial number and the email address of the original owner, right? With these you should contact your local Distributor, they will need to contact Korg Inc. to arrange changing the registration in the database.

Jerry , please take a look if this is ok written application
and please advise me!

Dear Korg Inc

My name is Goran , I'm from Croatia.
I bought recently keyboard Korg Oasys 88 from USA.
Keyboard is used , it isn't new of course, so I though that ok and everything is ok.
Everything is ok but one thing, and that is where I need you help if possible.
Mr. from USA that sold me key or someone else, has allready register keyboard on Korg User Net.
Of course, that's normal, but here lies problem for me.
As you can guess, now I can't register again to download newest software or even validate Brass samples that I got with keys.
I beg you if you can transfer ownership or registration to me, because previous owner apparently doesn't want to do that.
I spoke with distributors in Serbia, they are now distributors for all former Yugoslavia, so they can do this with your approval if you can grant me this favour.
As I am always Korg's fan and Korg keyboard user, in my possesion is (before XD5, X3, X2, N264, 01W,) and now Korg TR. Rack, Trinity Pro V3, Triton Extreme and now top of class Oasys 88, sure you can help me my dream come true to have full function top keyboard and all apllicatiuonsd that comes along with it.
My private mail is goran.venera@gmail.com serail number of Oasys 88 is 000642. Of course I can send you public ID of keybord in necessary.

In aspectation of you reply..

Gorkymate,

A few suggestions regarding eBay...

1) You can get the contact information of an eBayer IF you have a recent transaction with them:
http://shop.ebay.com/ebayadvsearch/__W0 ... eZ9?_rdc=1
(you can get to the above using "Home/Buy/Advanced Search/Members/Find Conact Information"

The above should get you their real name, address, and hopefully phone number

2) In the future, I would suggest you ALWAYS get the real contact information of your Seller. I do this all the time, even with small purchases, let alone a multi-thousand dollar purchase. You were very trusting sending money only based on an email and eBay User ID.

3) Also, go ahead and contact your Country Korg Distributor, regardless of the fact you did not buy from them. Yours is a unique support issue caused by the fact that the OASYS has Digital Rights Management software functionality and a software account registration basis.

If you feel bad about this, go ahead and buy something from your Korg Distributor, or offer to pay them a small fee for working on your problem.

Gorky:

I've got a Word document you should fill out and we'll get it back to Korg Inc.

Did someone else forward that to you already? We can take off-line to PM at this point. Let me know.
