Does anyone know how to do the following...
I am in a blank Combi and I have a piano on program 1 and strings on program 2. How do I change the octave position of the piano or strings so I can shift the position up or down?

For setting the general pitch setting:
Make sure you are in COMBI MODE and Press the TIMBRE PARAMETER tab.
Now press the PITCH tab. Under TRANSPOSE you can set the octave you want each program to be in.
For setting a transpose up and down:
Press the EQ/VECTOR/CONTROL tab. Under SW 1, touch the select arrow and select OCTAVE DOWN. Under SW 2, select OCTAVE UP.
Thanks SoulBe & Mike Conway.
The information provided has been very useful.
Mike I tried the "Press the EQ/VECTOR/CONTROL tab. Under SW 1, touch the select arrow and select OCTAVE DOWN. Under SW 2, select OCTAVE UP." option and found that if you go OCTAVE DOWN the split sound also comes down. Very interesting.
The first option you suggested is the best one. You have to make sure you transpose in multiples of 12, i.e. 12, 24, 36 etc because there are 12 notes in an octave. The max I think is 72 for multiples of 12.
