SD problem with brand new KP3 and card.

Howdy folks,

Just a quick question regarding the SD card for the KP3. I just bought a brand new KP3 and SD card but there seems to be some technical issue somewhere. I followed the instructions in the kp3 manual, but everytime I press 'switch' and hold the Program 1 button, I get a flashing display of "ERR" - so presumably something is wrong. I can't even get far enough into the process so as to format the brand new SD card. Also, I plug the KP3 into the usb (again following the manual) and press shift and 7 to begin USB mode, this time it flashes "rDY" in the display and again nothing happens. Its a bit frustrating, I can't load any wav samples onto the KP3 at the moment and thats why I bought the device in the first place. Surely it should support a maxflash 60xSD 2gb card. It came as part of a package on Thomann.

Any suggestions on how to maybe fix this?

I brought the same package from thomann and get the same error with the SD card provided. It works fine with a 2gb micro sd in a micro to sd adapter. Seems like thomann is selling incompatible SD bundles
