Can't Update KP3 Ver 2 on Windows 7

Just got my KP3. I've spent the last 3 hours trying to update to Ver2

I've updated to the latest drivers.

When I start the installer, the 'update' button is greyed out, and I can't update.

I've searched all over for any help, and can't find any.

Can anyone here offer any advise?

Just to check this first...

Does it definitely need updating? It hasn't already got v2.0 on it, has it?

I have a Vista machine and an old XP machine somewhere.

Well that's it. It just won't update on a 64bit machine. Updated fine on my old XP box.
