Kawai EX Pro Piano User Library for Kronos OS 2.0 - Free
I just created another sample library for KORG Kronos. Now this is Kawai EX Pro Grand Piano. Created uder OS 2.0 using VMT.
Sounds great on my taste.
Just try it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/elo4977k8gwg9 ... EX_PRO.rar
As always - I'll be glad to hear your comments and feedback.
I am currently working on a new library - Fazioli (Italian Grand). When will it be done - I'll share it.

I have been messing around and see that the sounds appeared in User Bank DD... however the samples don't appear to have been loaded. I copied the same instructions as for the Purgatory Creek Rhodes and I am getting nothing.
It does say Memory Required = 0 which I think is odd. I have 108 MB to spare.
Edit / OK I think the reason is that this soundbank is not yet ready for being streamed. I did not realise that such sounds need to be converted to the new format.

You have to load KSC file with the "EX" suffix.

I afraid that my dropbox account is not able to keep all my sample libraries
But i'll try to archive them and load to dropbox.

yes i've got it to work... and only uses 47 mb of ram
however IMHO, it needs an eq adjustment and the damper noise is too loud, and will only sound if the keys are pressed.. should be nice if the damper noise is also sounding when there are no keys pressed...
anyway, great job! looking forward for your fazioli

Unfortunately, HD1 engine have only two oscillators. Main piano sound(sustain) are assigned to the first oscillator, and the note release samples are assigned to the second one. In this case, i don't have possibility to assign the damper noise to any oscillator. If the Kronos developers could give us the ability to load own samples into the SGX1 engine - it would be great.1jordyzzz wrote:yes i've got it to work... and only uses 47 mb of ram

i think that should be added to the wishlist for korg kronos... making sgx-1 program structure available for user samples..... i also thinks that emulating SGX-1 quality with HD 1 is next to impossible.. the program structure is entirely different... we could have multi gigabytes of piano samples but without structure like SGX-1, creating great patches from those samples would be impossible...
