Kaoss Pad 3- Can't load samples from PC to KP3

Please help!

I can't seem to load samples via USB to my KP3 usinf the KP3 Editor. Each time it tells me "TIMEOUT"
I also can't load samples off SD Card, it keeps coming up with an error. I have read all the manuals, but can't seem to make it work.

Please any help is appreciated!!

Is the KORG driver software installed on your PC, and have you used this to install the KAOSS pad onto its USB port?

I have the same issue. If I put on my SD card (formatted with the KP3) a 00.WAV sample, I cannot upload it (error). Same thing with KP3 Editor, which can load and play the sample, but not transmit it to the KP3 through USB.
I'm a Mac user.
