clock battery
There is a rechargeable NiMH battery pack to keep sample ram saved when the keyboard is powered down. There is also a non-rechargeable Lithium Ion battery to power the clock circuit when the keyboard is powered down
Question.. where is the clock battery ... how do you change it ..etc etc

I'm not recommending you void your warranty but the battery is easy to replace - I've replaced mine. Its best to open it up completely to give you good access to the button battery. This is how to do it on the Pa3x 61. Remove the following screws:
On Rear: 3 bottom-most screws of the top black section.
Underneath: 8 black screws but not those holding the hatches.
On sides: 2 end silver allen screws (not the middle one) and 2 bottom black screws (leave the side black screw near the rear - this is the hinge screw).
If you want to buy the battery before you open it up it is a CR2032 button battery.
Cheers,
John

You have to do like Reuben says
on pa3x76 lift up the bezel as Reuben says follow his instructions the battery is located on the underside of the volume sliders it does not come out easily ... because its upside down obviously , fixed to the circuit board of the sliders- you need a jewellers screwdriver to flick it out... DONE
Please Korg can you put it in an easier place ie like replacing the larger battery a metal flap with screws underneath
