EMX2: Entering different note values in sequencer mode.
It may be due to a lack of coffee or sleep, but I can't figure out how to enter different note values in the sequencer. It defaults to C4.

No! You've not missed Anything!
Make Yourself a REALLY BIG mug of Coffee and when you've entered all your notes into the Sequencer at C4, go not "Step Edit" mode....
Now you can Individually change the note values for each step...
Upto 4 notes for each and every step...
Now You're GLAD you've only got 4 bars to work with aren't You????!!!
Hopefully Korg will fix this soon and enable the keyboard (via that Shi*t key{see page 12 of your manual}maybe?) whilst in sequencer mode!
Good Luck!

Annoying isn't it?
I've resorted to playing in the notes and deleting each 'take" to attempt a re-dub...
Shift/Pad13 takes you to the "Part Menu" page 3/4 Clear part just deletes all the notes you've just recorded. Just be careful that before you press "Enter" that you've still got the Part you're working on selected, otherwise if say you're in trigger mode you'll delete Part 13!!
Go on... Ask me how I Know!!

Oh god me too, my brain is so EMX1 orientated that I hold the button down whilst erasing even though I don't need to , but then forget to move back to keyboard mode and mess up other parts by erasing bits here and there until I figure whats going on.dutchcow wrote: I lost many notes cuz I was under the impression I was in trigger mode when in reality I was in part erase mode
