Its an i7 4790 4 core 8 thread. 16 gigs of ram. 4 hard drive configuartion. 2 ssd and 2 hybrid drives. Lcd fan controller, 8 usb ports 4usb 3.0 ports.
The case is huge and magnificent!!!!
I built it myself about 6 months ago. She is unstoppable...i run sonar x3 for daw. I also run adobe premiere, after effects, mocha and other adobe software.
It can handle about 40 vst synths with no hiccups. It can handle 24 track recorsing simultaneously. ..and i have ran trst with 48 track 5 plugins on each (for testing purposes) along with 40 vst synths....purring without hiccups.
Beast mode.

Brilliant stuff :)

How much was the final cost of the finished machine with screen and interfaces, if you don't mind my asking... :)

Very nice rig. It does take years to accumulate all that stuff, but it only takes one cretin burglar to make it all vanish.

Make sure you've got photos of all your nameplates, save your receipts and store them somewhere other than in the studio. Put a good lock on the door; use a deadbolt even though it's a room in your house. Consider a lockable cabinet or a safe for your microphones. Back up your projects to an external drive and store it in the garage or another part of the house (it won't do you any good if the thieves steal the backup drive too).

Sounds paranoid, I know, but I had to learn these lessons the hard way.

I have alarm system, keyless locking system, 4 camera system and guns! Lol ive already learned the hardway myself :/
The cpu build costed around 850US. However i sold my old build for 500 so it only cost me 350 to upgrade!!
