Is there a way to load the factory presets?

I am programming my Kross 1 for a show with many patch changes, and am running into huge problems. I seem to have wiped out my Piano bank, and my User bank is not letting me create combi patches.

Another question:

I thought the Piano bank was the A bank, to store user combi patches, but now realize I was wrong. How do I access the A and B banks?

HELP!
