You need the latest firmware update (v2.0) to be able to adjust volume on individual sample bank. You should try updating before returning it, you might find the sync issues are reduced too (or you might not)Ianofslippers wrote: I'm starting to think that my KP3 might be kinda broken (just bought it new) because my volume adjustment mode does not work the way everyone else describes.
